Management, performance reward policy is very poor as well as compensation is decreasing day by day. Also politics is affecting work life balance and culture is depleting faster

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supporting and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

If you deserve more or as you aspected something positive , then please don't join MPPKVVCL Jabalpur as a junior engineer ,nothing to learn / skill here. So please make future in other private or other govt.sectors

Work culture , In facilities you manage itself , mini monthly funds ( for papers , stationary ,maintenance,etc) also not recieved in my 5 years service .I wasted my precious time in this organisation but now I make a mindset to switch from here .
