Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? ...n me the task like making the document. No job security they can fire anytime. Salary never come on time. poor management. Rude HR peoples(they will never pick your calls after leaving the company). Only one senior person is there and he doesn't know how to behave professionally. no work life balance pathetic work environment. Fresher Beware (stay away from this company) they will deduct your half day salary, if late by 10 mints. Mpower is a part of Oxigen,so please check oxigen review as well before join.
