If I talk about job security it's seems like Govt job whereas the career growth also very slow. Because this is JV of state govt & TCS nobody is take care about company, management is replaced in every 3-4 years..company policies is favorable and unfavorable in different scenario.

Dislikes

...ny never give any monetory benefits to employee that demoralizing the employees. No bonus no incentives,no over time allowance, salary growth not as per industry.

It's just like a Govt job whereas the career growth is also very slow like Govt job. Because this is Joint Venture of state govt & TCS nobody is take care about company or we can say owner less company, management is replaced in every 3 to 4 years company policies are good or bad it's depends on how much you licking boots of your seniors or management.

...fits to employee in form of money due to that the employees are feel demotivate. No bonus no incentives, no over time allowance, salary growth not as per industry norms. Also not provide technical skills assistance for employees technical growth. Work in old technology.

I had worked for mponline approx 2year, overall experience is very good,if you are fresher then it's gud place to start your career,you can learn alot of thing.Every member is very supportive and understanding.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.

Supportive senior and working culture, As a fresher Mponline is good option because I learn lot and I really explore myself and my knowledge.

Challenging deliveries, govt holiday

Growth in every expects, worst and unqualified top management, delivery timing is too short as govt client, No appreciation and gratitude toward your efforts. As of today freshers growth are too impacted if starts career from here.
