Teammates are quite supportive and friendly,work environment is cool not much pressure except during month end.work rotation and additional responsibilities apart from normal Key responsibilities area is assigned in team to team members which assist in enhancing one's skills and knowledge outside their key areas.Work life balance is good.

Career growth is almost negligible,salary and appraisals are not upto the expectations as per one's performance .

Matured CFO and upper management. Understand the situation and have empathy with their employees. Flexible working hours 2-3 day work from home

...ryone try to avoid talking with him/her No skill development, No job security. No growth in salary for current employees. 5 days working but most of the time you have to work on weekends.

...tend meetings employee have to go to different locations on its own expense. 10. Salary and benefits not good. In fact no benefits. Only expenses.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
