Working on the client side was a fulfilling experience for me. I gained a better understanding of how to meet customer needs effectively and was able to build strong relationships with clients. It was great to directly engage with them and deliver solutions that surpassed their expectations. My time on the client side contributed significantly to my professional growth and I'm grateful for the opportunity.

...t's important to be aware of the potential consequences when working with Mphatek on behalf of a client whose contract is not renewed. It's unfortunate that job security may not be guaranteed in this scenario, but it's important to understand the terms of employment and any potential risks.

I was on a safest boat until resignation day. You are in a good space unless you have to deal with company admin people.

...some mercy by sharing my relieving letter post 62 days from my last working day. Hope they will soon show some more mercy to clear my payouts, Salary & Tax documents.

It's a good place to work and good for learning/Knowledge cloud technologies. get a good work for to do and get a change to work new technology.

Everything is good but little bit disappoints salary package.

Nothing they won't support employees who work with client , worst management.

Job security is very very poor , they can ask you to resign without prior notice and constantly torchar employees after resignation as well with mail and new new documents .they won't do FNF on time or rather attain your call or email .

Working with inhouse project will improve your skills with no work life balance.

Dislikes

Working with clients like BFL and BHFL will ruin your life .worst holiday policy, working on Saturday and managers in BFL and BHFL are feeling like offrole resources are slave.as mPHATEK has 5 days work policy but client has not so it's difficult to work.and you will not get comp-off .and mPHATEK only have BFL and BHFL project for budget and both the clients can fire you anytime..
