First time at Mphasis I got opportunity to interact directly with client. As our department work with command Center in Nether land we use to communicate with client frequently through e-mail. I found job secure at Mphasis. Good Competitive work environment and opportunity to all. I like the different kind of event organized by company like Bash party, sport events, occasionally singing competition and Mfesta. I really enjoyed work with Mphasis.

Low salary, less opportunity to growth. transport issue.

No salary hikes from past 5 years. No promotions. If you ask, they will tell you that please change company. We are in loss. Others companies are firing their employees. But, we are not.

...lic holidays and get paid by clients but poor employee are not any single penny.No career growth and promotion ,if we ask about hike they will simply tell same dialogue from 3 years "No hike this time, we're trying ''

I have worked in mphasis more than 18 years. Its.innovative work culture - Mphasis encourages innovation, experimentation, and learning, making it an exciting workplace for professionals. Collaborative environment - The company fosters a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among employees. Work life balance health and job satisfaction was there.

Considering tenure employees and experience need to pay attention on scale as per market standards which is potential drawback. Being higher outside they need to pay attention on stay back experience employees.

Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years
