I'm very sad about salary, their is no growth, their is no salary hike only doing work is not enough for employees, so that need to fulfill employees requests.

...o be a trainer if you want to be a trainer. But you can't be a trainer on paper. If you are down performer don't need to worry about it because I saw many down performer taking average salary.

Dislikes

Dislike is transport facility very bad transport facility is for drivers, vendor, and not for employees. 2nd is their appraisal system very bad very less difference between low performer and high performance. 3rd is their KRA the way they have freedom to setup KRA for each individual if you are talking any extra efforts in this month in the next month it will be part of your KRA so taking some extra efforts becoming mistake for employees.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is very low and does not increase much but it is a great platform for newcomers to experience.

Managers will not provide compensation to employees for what they have promised. They will tell we will get OT and incentives if we work. After that no incentives will get

Managers behavior. Very partial towards employees. They need their work to complete. They will not think about employees situation . Especially new accounts managers Vishnu

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our issues. And also their not respect senior employees, salary not good. I had more responsibility but not recognise management, i had bad experience.
