Increment in MSI are the things which I believe which didn't work for many of employees it still this company value human beings

No variable pay will be given. We can not take leaves even earned leaves. Need to work on weekends and public holidays also. There is no hikes from last 3 years. If you not working on weekends or public holidays , you will be terminated .

The work culture, variable pay payment and appraisals are bad here

Even after getting very good performance rating, they are not giving variable pay telling some excuses like mandatory learning was completed after the timeline.

Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

Your life will be easy if your manager is good. If not best of luck with your stress.

Being a very big company, no perk or benifits. Insurance policy sucks, you may need to pay a significant amount if you need a better one.
