Worst management, no appraisal, zero employe satisfaction. Extreme cost cutting, no proper cafeteria. AC and system maintenance on floor is very poor, disputes are never addressed and no communication with HR.

From morning till evening i had lots of work as a support engineer and at the end of the day you may feel the job satisfaction and you are doing some good thing for the company. They used to conduct some functions and its entertaining.

Dislikes

At the same time company wont do anything to you. 1) No increment 2) No incentive 3) No night shift allowance 4) paid CAB 5) less salary without any free lunch (my friend company is providing free lunch and its unlimited) etc.

Everything, absolutely no pay hikes and promotions, no bonus, no allowance, sometimes you don't even get full salary, forget VP, Toxic management and culture, worst HR system and of lot of things, everything bad you can imagine about a company exists in Mphasis.

No salary hikes from past 5 years. No promotions. If you ask, they will tell you that please change company. We are in loss. Others companies are firing their employees. But, we are not.

...lic holidays and get paid by clients but poor employee are not any single penny.No career growth and promotion ,if we ask about hike they will simply tell same dialogue from 3 years "No hike this time, we're trying ''
