No salary revision for 3 years in a row making employees unhappy. Shift allowance policy is bad compared to industry standards. Bench policy worst with sabattucal from 2nd month onwards on bench.

Some of the great leaders to work with & learn from, but only if you are luck. Most leaders just follow rule book and don't think out-of-the box

...away without doing any work No delivery leaders owns people care & their growth. They don't have any authority on matters like salary hike and say everything is driven from 'top' ! No recognition or a thought for old timers even if they deserve much more salary or better role.

...imation from HR about it although appraisal rating process completed in time. 3. Decided not to pay the quarterly variable pay without informing the reason.

For the early phase company provided additional amount as Hardship allowances in the salary which really helped me to do some food donations and other things. I worked more than working hours to meet my goals and then have donated other remaining money to needy people.

There is nothing to dislike. Everytime I entered I felt secure.

No. Salary pacakage is too low for the Corporate support Finance. Not provinding any hikes. Promotions are not provided timely even though the employees are putting their best efforts.
