For promotions, Salary, and benefits you will have to be very smart and rigid while salary negotiation. HR lying at the time of joining. And no Incentives are there even in sales even if you sell 10 Cr worth of products in a single day.

When I put my resignation to the company they put my salary and my documents on hold and not yet given to me. It is their regular habit and the same had been done with many employees. In addition, they had put false allegations and filed a complaint against me.

Ive been a part of the Stone Depot team since June,2021. Everything is pretty good with the organisation, right from the MD(Mr.Gaurav) to the reporting manager. Pretty satisfied with the support & culture

It is a challenging work environment where you have to build your client base from scratch, close orders after negotiation. The work environment is good and Mr Jugnu Goyal is supportive and a very down-to-earth person.

Dislikes

First of all, they are not a manufacturers, it is a trading company. HR policies are not upto the mark, no insurance at company's side, work is redundant but you will have to carry on. Micro-Management is there in terms of data monitoring and call recordings.
