Good work environment and great experience. Team members are supportive and management is trustworthy. Company policies are good and discipline. Appraisals are fair and salary is ok but not as our requirements.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
