Interview cracking is easy.

...ay to new joiners. Even on National holidays we are working and even on Sundays. They offer very less salary as well with no other incentives. Bosses are really rude.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 9 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.partality in ca n employee.

Good exposure in Internal audit

Dislikes

... come to stay for 100 years here and wish to die in the office at Prabhadevi. The salary structure is completely pathetic here . No apprisal . No bonus . No pay scale . Chartered accountants are treated very badly with extreme low pay and thinking that they have no one who can go out .... I need to say ... Mental tourture is the thing that needs to be stopped . Also the mentality of the firm is still like 1997 ....

...cies are different under different partners, the firm doesn't follow unanimity. For other than Articles, Salary is lesser than industry comparison. For articles, stipend is average somewhere around 5-6k for 1st year then increases by 1k in following years. Attrition rate is high. Lack of human resource and man-management

Great exposure in work. End to end participation in assignments and communication with senior partners and top level management. Opportunity to lead clients and assignments basis only your work experience and not just the position in the organization. Approachable partners and seniors.

One of the things I dislike abt MPC is bad work life balance. Too much work and responsibilities on One person. Late sittings and long working hours. No Saturday off
