Appraisal is very low. If you are going to work in qa, then it’s difficult. There is no value for software tester in the company. What ever you do, at end of the day the blame will be on your head.Simply changing company policy. They offered me hybrid work from home and office mode. But they recently changed the company’s policies without asking the employee’s concerns. Partiality inside the team members . If you have concerns about the any of the senior folks, then don’t worry company is not gonna take any actions against the senior team members. This is a genuine problem among the qa managers and team members. There is one experienced guy in the company who have a very good track record with clients, but really arrogant with colleagues especially junior team members. When the complaint raised, no action was taken by qa manager. This is a very serious issue across the company.
