Nothing to comment about. Worst experience.

Dislikes

... even if you report anything and no personal data security even after you leave. No proper pay and they have below average pay compared to market. CTO and CEO are ignorant and not open to any suggestions or ideas. Highly not recommended. Please find better companies to work.

Worst company ever worked, no Increment for 3 years, only salary deduction due to covid for last 1.5yr, no proper work strategy, every one will tell their rules. No job security.

Learnings and interaction with multiple internal stakeholders.

Dislikes

Top Management is biased and unfair to the hardworking employees. Praises the ones who is under performing employees due to favoritism. Job security is not there if you are not in the favorite list of a few VP and CXO who are in the system from last 6-9 years. Won't recommend if you are not a people pleaser.

Rapid Agile Development. Client side handling for work. Based on team, there is Little Flexibility on work with occasionally WFH(Company policy is 5 DAYS WFO).

Dislikes

Growth in the company is bare minimum. Company is transitioning to Service / Client preferences development and agile development. This makes the product unstable for longer run. Not focusing on core of the system, environment here just focus on coding like a startup do. Hence engineering and core of the systems is not dealt here.

Dislikes

1. Upper Management: The upper management, including the team lead , his Manager, and the CTO mongers fear among the technical team to produce output, openly criticize developers in the mail chain, with everyone looped in for minor mistakes which is a part and parcel in development, CTO openly induces fear and everyone is afraid of him, which is not healthy for growth. 2. Unsupportive Team: A dev team should support and encourage new members of the team, engross them, help them in the initial phases, but unfortunately nothing of that sort happened, a very close knitted circle among the team, which is hard to break, asking doubts is considered as lack of knowledge, and is reported to the Tech lead, which then raises Q's on your abilities, instead of helping you to learn and grow. 3. Working on very less inputs and expected to produce large output, when put in a new project/feature, there is no transfer of knowledge, and it is expected out of you to grasp each and everything, which is very challenging and time consuming, but time is the ultimate problem , things are very micro managed, and you are expected to deliver every hour which isn't the case, when your put into a task for the very first time, hence the tech lead puts u in a very negative spot for it. 4. Rudest Tech lead ever , his interactions over email and over personal messages were totally different , junior developers are treated as people who can be scolded , which shouldn't be the case for a company which is 14 years old, and should have systems and processes in place, there is no HR system in place to report things , you are on your own, and this becomes a bane to see the people who treat you like this everyday.
