...d reaching out your BPHR will be your POC(Point of Contact). But in Movate here. If you have any issue related to your leaves or salary concern then if you drop a mail to your BPHR then they will simply cc your mail with your TL or manager email id. Means routing back to your TL or manager. They the BPHR will not even taken care about your concern. And when if you have done any blunder in your work or shift then BPHR will come forward with shoulder broad saying that "I am your BPHR and I will handle this issue in my hand". When you ping your BPHR in whatsapp or teams. He will see and will not repsond. And when you will call him he will talk in rude way why did you call me at this time. You don't know my shift timings. You should have asked me what is my shift timings etc etc. After facing this callenges once you escalate to next level HR manager then your issue will look into the proper way. Please don't take transport facility in movate as there transport management are irresponsible. They don't update the change in shift to the cab guy and when you ask for the can they will say we didn't have the update. You will get two calls one is from cab team that "are you coming" eventhough it was confirmed and second call from driver that "are you coming"?

There is nothing to Like about CSS corp, After your project allocation the company will completely give up, No yearly hike, No promoting, no opportunities for learning and certifications. Its Bad experiences i am having with CSS corp Also, you will struggle a lot to get your reimbursement related like, Medical claims, monthly internet bills etc... Please do not join CSS.com if you’re experienced and looking for opportunities

Great work culture.. You can use mbl inside the production floor. Salary is not up to the mark. You can learn as much as possible and move. Job security is there, but career growth is very slow. Overall best company for freshers.

CSS should really be concentrating onn employees Pay. Experience engineers with 3 or more years who joins the organisation initially Pay is not more than 3-4K than their initial salary.

... proper off's. And finally they will order u to extend the shift they won't ask. And the salary is also not worth compared to the work they exteact.
