...y want they will remove you. ->HR is treating himself like college principle. ->They are not providing you salary even you worked. -> They are providing average salary around 3-4 LPA. ->They have signed a bond , you are not allowed leave the company before two year. -> You need to pay 2.5 lakh rupees , if you want leave the company. -> If you are breaking the bond , they will sui you as per Tamilnadu Law. -> They will increase you work pressure as per requirement , but they will never increase your salary. -> They are changing extra in canteen food/ CAB charges and providing worst quality of food. ->They forced you to work 10 hour daily. -> If you planning to join this company , you are going to ruin your carrier and health.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. The pay doesn't match the compensation on the offer letter. No growth or improvement. Management is centric to a language and location. There a lot of politics and everything goes well if the employee is from their state.

Great career growth opportunity. Excellent salary if you can negotiate. You can easily report any bad behavior of managers with the HR or senior managers and they will work on getting it ratified.

Dislikes

... leaves approved though it changes when you spend more than 2 yrs in the team. No benefits apart from salary and no fun activities by HR. Health and life insurance is also low and not sufficient.

The team I.have been working is Amazing.... It helps me in learning and growth and allow me to work on multiple domains like Windows, Backup, Exchange, Networking and SQL.. Though I am currently an L1 engineer, my TL and Manager have allowed us to work on L2 tasks and helps to learn to more and provide opportunities

Dislikes

The salary, compensation and shift allowance needs to be considered.... It would be even.more good if the management can increase the salary range for all employees...
