Dislikes

Hikes 2-3 percent. No promotion. Huge cut in variable pay. Management gets promotion and awards when company is not making profit and engineers have to bear no hike. No snacks, no party. No bonus. Discremenation if you are not from south. Telugu people gets priority.

Salary will be given on time. They have portal to enhance skill.

Dislikes

Job security is terrible. They did not pay attention at employees tenure. If contract is ending, you have to inform them. They will call you as permanent employee but once the contact is finished they won't provide you new client to work. They will release you with one month payment. Reimbursement part is very dull.

Everything is well organised and colleagues are very supportive especially the Team Leads. You will not feel like you are working in an unstable environment. Really good working experience.

Dislikes

Salary for sure is expected more from the firm like this. Appart from this I cannot find any other flaw.

It is a good company. I am who I am today because of css corp. But H.R are very rude in this company.Managers depends on the project you work. Management is also poor. For experience you can work here which holds value outside.

...agers are very rude to female employees which led to termination of a manager. Even for cab we need to pay.

... management people are most unetihcal and they use you till the time they need .They are much unprofessional Ppl and pay bribe to client for retaining contract. I have spend the worst professional time in my entire 20yrs of work life carrier. Suggest no professional to join. Pls note it's my personal experience and view.
