Very good team mates and optimistic supports and team leaders, able to learn a lot, good transport system, very secured and lively work environment, good job security, will be able to grow in career inside company based on interests..

Dislikes

Will not be able to take much leaves at times, very bad salary hikes. Bad response from HR team, not able to balance the work life balance due to shift changes.. Less stress busters and fun activities conducted nowadays. High work pressure and used to extend shifts without extra pay.

...d reaching out your BPHR will be your POC(Point of Contact). But in Movate here. If you have any issue related to your leaves or salary concern then if you drop a mail to your BPHR then they will simply cc your mail with your TL or manager email id. Means routing back to your TL or manager. They the BPHR will not even taken care about your concern. And when if you have done any blunder in your work or shift then BPHR will come forward with shoulder broad saying that "I am your BPHR and I will handle this issue in my hand". When you ping your BPHR in whatsapp or teams. He will see and will not repsond. And when you will call him he will talk in rude way why did you call me at this time. You don't know my shift timings. You should have asked me what is my shift timings etc etc. After facing this callenges once you escalate to next level HR manager then your issue will look into the proper way. Please don't take transport facility in movate as there transport management are irresponsible. They don't update the change in shift to the cab guy and when you ask for the can they will say we didn't have the update. You will get two calls one is from cab team that "are you coming" eventhough it was confirmed and second call from driver that "are you coming"?

Nothing to like about this company, working at noida location.

No salary hike No compoff neither payment during extra shift. Poor work life balance SPOC don't want to talk even with experience employee regarding the issue on any matter. Payment is too low.

There is no comstructive time line to complete your task. You can take it to any extend if it's not critical

...alary. They cut down your salary due to the glitch in there antendance platform. They might also sometimes wouldn't give your over time salary with any stupid reason.

plz dont go to movate by backdoor dont pay lakhs to consulatancys movate is worest company only back door openings they are hiring students for only backdoor don't pay lakhs to managers and HR they will remove u simply
