Firstly, the work environment is great with all supportive management team. Secondly, the learnings and exposure is tremendous with a good pay. Lastly, the job security which adds lot value in the current market conditions.

Nothing to highlight as a dislike but minor area to focus is extending cabs for all employees, considering metro is available at the door step but a good to have option.

Legacy Technologies Acknowledgement of individual contribution and appreciation is time - consuming. This could cause little impatience.

The work hours are flexible . There is no strict rules about work from office.

Dislikes

No job security . There are accounts that literally have no job security even though the employees do their best. Also , while hiring they take 4 rounds but they don’t know how longer the employee would stay with the company as they terminate left right centre.

This is for TTI OPEARTIONS- Mouser Electronics and NOT for Mouser electronics. There is nothing to love about this company, if anyone wants to downgrade in their career, they should join this company. Management is pathetic… “You die but you should go to office”.

The culture is good.they organise quarterly party,outing.

Dislikes

They do not consider employees time. Sometimes when a senior person visits,we have to come office before office hours. They won't give you planned leaves. When asked they'd say take on another date. Poor management
