No job security. No proper plan for resources management
Useless and low experienced manager and senior manager. Here you will find brothers, sisters and husband wife, friends all are hired and chain reference enjoying their life doing nothing.
If you coming from an MNC then it's not organized. Feel like a school full of Andhra and Telangana people talking their own language. The mid manager and senior manager and Lead don't do anything but will pretend like they are working for their RM but soon after they will forward the work to others, they don't have enthusiasm or any willingness to take work ownership. Some time for a small work mail will go here and there. No project documentation
Sometimes in team of 15 members if manager asks something then all 15 members will reply same ans. Obedient
When I resigned I asked to give my KT to one person then he included another two person and after completion my KT after 15 days again I asked to give KT to another 3 persons I was confused then who is my replacement who is actually going to work, suddenly people will appear and vanish redirecting to others. Very strange work culture
#Company hierarchy is not organized.
# 3 months notice period from the JOD.
# No leave carry forward or encashment policy.
# No benefit and compensation apart from salary.
# No on-site.
# lots of politics and regional feeling. Telgu people dominated(80%) company.
# the company is running in chain of reference between friends and family.
# it's a joke 5-8yr exp people will become Associate manager, manager and Senior Manager who are there for long time Or have some relative in big post. Also in this way will find some 9-14yr exp. director.
# lateral or experienced people will not get proper role and responsibilities, will work like a shadow resource. Like tiger is working under cat.
# people are tagged into multiple projects.
So, in individual no one wants to take any ownership, there is a chaos or dis balanced, some are overloaded and some are free and away for 3-4 hrs.
# they do out source some time to the other IT company and act like an agency.
# No proper business process and documentations. If any audit happened, I am sure, would not get satisfactory marks. I mean it's messy and quality is not good.

Msg for CEO:
Evaluate your higher management team, are they really capable and deserving?
Are your sales team good enough to produce enough projects?
Do you have anything for the measurements? Then it took 17yrs to reach just 2500emplyees and like this, people will come and go so after another 20years where will you reach? 6k Or 7k?
Mouritech has a good potential if you sort out the above points or else me or some other company will acquire it before complete your calculation. :D
