Terrible place to work, no work life balance, disparity in pay, the HR is no HR with no experience in HR, management is horrible and absolutely no growth. If someone is seeking stagnation then this is the place.

Selfish management, low salary to the amount of work extracted from staff, inadequate assistance in teaching, disparity with workload between coworkers.

My experience at this college was absolutely horrendous. The professional ethics is nowhere to be found, to say the least. The environment is highly toxic with a hierarchical structure that is so strong, no new faculty can positively grow there. The management is absolutely useless, except for the bursar and a few office staff. Everything else in the college is an absolute waste and not even worth mentioning.
