Ample opportunities for exploring yourself to new innovative and creative teaching techniques through different workshops and seminars. Moreover the faculty is the biggest strength to cope with the overstressed working culture.

Dislikes

Work pressure that doesnt leave time for one to enjoy personal life. The compensations and incentives are next to zero. No equal increment just based on managements liking and disliking of someone whether one deserves and works out not. Ones unique capabilities and skills are not appreciated and appraised
