Good Place to work, i like the professional approach and office culture in general.Its place where in you can excel, if you are talent enough.

Dislikes

As far as i have heard the compensation seems to be below expectation.On-job training doesn't exist, Seniors have to take pain in guiding these young brains, dont know if such extra efforts are recognised. May be still too early to comment on it, but i see them practically happening.Which i feel should be considered to make it still a great place to work.

Pay scale is above market average, work life balance is good may be because MNC culture. Equal opportunities for growth. Fair opportunities for growth, you have to be pro active.

Location is not suitable for travel, traffic wise
