...ended due to work load. Working on Saturdays has to be optional and paid too. Salaries shall be offered considered experience too and not just based on previous package as many people had faced salary deduction due to covid pandemic and remained underpaid.

The work satisfaction is good , but the company not exactly know what is the exact criteria for employees grade updation & promotion. Company believe only for completing client commitment at any how, whether the manpower is available or not.. work load pressure is there.. Expanse is very different (almost double) from office to Office in ahmedabad Office & Mumbai Office for same grade, & same experienced person..

I have enjoyed my tenure working for the company. I had a good Team & Managers. I also enjoyed working with colleagues from other discipline. The working environment was good. Unfortunately i had to quit as i was looking for better opportunities and growth.

Pay scale is above market average, work life balance is good may be because MNC culture. Equal opportunities for growth. Fair opportunities for growth, you have to be pro active.
