Every decision are on your manager. Some managers are good but there are few managers who have ego if you don't listen to them, and they will try there best to make your situation worst. HR department is just for saying. HR can not do anything for you if you face any issue related to work. They will only say 2 sentences, 1 - It is what it is. 2 - You need your manager's permission to do XYZ things

There was hybrid model and 2 days work from office

...candidates and getting work done from them.kolkata branch is totally mismanaged.my suggestion is to try is any other company where there is work life balance and proper pay scale rather than wasting time on this company.

Learning if you get in good team like development,Not so much restriction for leave to interns,hybrid work culture,Free food,events.

Dislikes

...cancy are filled immediately rather giving oppurtunity to interns for full time. No Hikes poor Salary expectations.

Nice work culture and work-life balance, Plenty of opportunities for learning. Pay scale is also competitive.

No major footfall in India, Majority of leadership are at USA, Lesser roadmap for India team.

Mostly familiarization and favoritism is there, Managers are not good they only love there favorite employee, they don't see your hard work they see only their favorite employee's work or who is belongs to same native or friend or collage fellows. Bad management they don't have any vision, what they are doing even they don't know. They don't think about you as personally.
