If you received salary from kota thats a good point. Salary credited on time but other franchise centre should delay salary every month.

No job security. Company policies are very bad. No bonous no increment, no holidays .even though make pressure on the faculties.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus to the deserving candidates.

Office Politics- Extremely high Salary structure- below the market standards, deductions on the name of covid for more than 1.5 years, despite making more profits than the year before. Zero Job security, unethical and illegal practices like- asking for a signed check as security, equivalent to 6 months salary. working on Sundays. terrible work-life balance. Zero transparency. the flow of internal communication is stagnant at best.

I like staff behavior, schedule meetings, team bonding etc. Company policies are good and they give salary on time.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue. Career growth is slow. Prodctive people doesn't grow due to discrimination.

Unprofessional and inexperienced Management. Late Salary disbursement. No incentive pay, although promised at the time of interview. Inexperienced and mis behaving Management specially at Howrah & other branches ,West Bengal
