The management is overly dominating and can withhold salaries at their discretion. Policies are not properly followed, and HR becomes unresponsive during the notice period. There is no job security, as personal ego seems to take priority.

Company employee and workers are very good and supporting,

manager is not good,they behave infront of as good but your back they complaint directly to the director,this person is not good for male employees they harassed to much for male employees

Seniors were so good. Work satisfaction on top level.

Higher management were not supportive. Micromanagement is the main reason. Higher management threatens every employee who wants to leave. Mandatory bonds to every employee.

All staff are good and supportive.. and Director Mr. Pranav Javeri are also very nice and helping person.

One more director Mr. Bhagat are also good with so much ego and attitude... He believes in "Noukar Sahi"...

Nothing to like about it. It is like a warehouse or just a manufacturing factory with small corporate office with 30 people total. They will fire you anytime & they have done this to a lot of employees. Do not join at all.

Dislikes

They don’t even have proper washrooms and drinking water. Director themselves don’t know what to do. Just moving directionless. Asking us what to do. Just 2-3 chaatu employees get good appraisals. Worst company and the reviews you will see on google. Don’t get fooled by it. There own chaatu employees put those good reviews. For the good reviews also they are paying thr employee.
