Stuck in low salary
As I navigate through my professional journey, I have come to a roadblock - being stuck in a low salary. With 3 years of experience and a non-tech background, my current CTC is only 2.6 LPA (BPO Non voice). However, there is a glimmer of hope as my company has hinted at promoting me to a team lead position in April with a package of 3.5 LPA. Working here is good in terms of work and personal life balance. Employee look for time to time salary for which this company will never disappoint you. You get lots of holidays Schick gives u enough time to spend with your family. You also enjoy good amount of bonus at the end of financial year.

In Motilal Oswal Securities given sufficient knowledge and conduct lots of training sessions but work load and targets is so high behalf of them no extra incentives over there .One more thing which is very important that Client didn't satisfy with Motilal Oswals services .No one solve there problem they visited branch or called again n again .
