They allow us for Work from home and also in Covid-19 situation they pay salaries in advance and there is in deductions in salary and provided a bonus for last financial year which good. Overall a good support in this situation

Cant say much but working hours increased. Otherwise its fine

Free and friendly atmosphere; well nurtured under the guidance of seniors; All other staffs well supportive and discussed about any issues.

Dislikes

One should allow to take pending mandatory leaves for all; If not allowed then its compensation should be allowed. Switched off policy should be strictly adhere for all functions except month end. When we talk about Fly High trip; Once should not be done partiality with others or Boss favorite's. the deserved people will get chances instead of newly joined peoples who will not completed even 6 months in system. 2nd Saturday should be weekly off for All Teams instead of MOT.

Dislikes

Learning Opportunities are not that good as compared to other NBFCs. Salary can be the issue for few individuals, if they are on high packages as of now.

Company environment is very nice and well maintained.

Dislikes

Work life balance was not good also salary was not paid enough as per given work, had to work overtime + on weekend including Sunday's without incentives, in return you would get compensatory off but not on the day you required to have; and offer letter clearly stated that first Saturday and all Sunday will be holiday. Overall experience was Average.

Working Environment and extra activities conducted by HR are very nice and unique which helps employees to get refresh

Work-life Balance is worst and also salary offered for executive is very low as per given workload, seniors need to be more professional with employees on floor
