They make us learn about everything.

Dislikes

Work life balance is the worst thing like there is late seating till 8 or 8:30 without extra extra pay,that too was said the office timing will be from8:15 to 5:15 although we reach before 8:30 everyday which is inning time but exiting time never matches as said while hiring and they even make working on non working Saturday

...way of talking and words are delivered by Reporting Managers are very dessarter. At the time of appraisal don't hiked the salary as the targets are overachieved.

Nothing is there to like except timely salary credit

Dislikes

Its a fraud company who is recruiting employees just to acquire customer base by doing mis commitment and false promises. Mingy Management will never listen us. worst HR I have ever seen in corporates. Do not recommend to join under the leadership of Manish Saluja or navnit bagri. After 6 months they will threat you by saying if you are not acquiring new customers then leave this company immediately
