...d in this company.. management is only bother about 3 meetings per day any how.. if not then your attendance is red and salary deduction is happen.. if you work like labour then join.. because the day 3 meetings not completed then you lost your salary... Work life balance is very pathetic...

Nothing as such, just office politics is going great, bullying culture is at peak here.

...ght from service to customers and support to employees everything is messed up. Extreme hire and fire policy is followed here with low salary and compensation to employees. Even customers are complaining for their service. They are basically loan sharks who only care about money and don't care about customers relationships and employee welfare and growth.

...e sales target, no training job products. Hr & manager is not supportive at all. Even salary is deduced without prior notice to employees. if target not achieved. Fnf settlement even not paid if they have terminated u in notice period. Pls don't join here.
