Nothing to like about MOFSL No work life balance at all. Toxic work environment.

...e sales target, no training job products. Hr & manager is not supportive at all. Even salary is deduced without prior notice to employees. if target not achieved. Fnf settlement even not paid if they have terminated u in notice period. Pls don't join here.

Don't try to work with Motilal in future very cruel company.

...y cruel company and their work policy for employees worst company for working. Motilal deducts salary for any activities which you have not done.

...work Culture. Management is very rude. Specially Sidhharth Ganguly. He is a AVP. They doesn't provide actual Salary. Always force their employees to resign. My suggestion is don't join Motilal Oswal.

Was getting salary on time, having 30 leaves yearly, holidays whenever market is close, quarterly increment chance

No work life balance, have to reach office before 8.30 and no fix timing of leaving office 6.30/7/7.30, Not proper guidance by senior, not proper treatment by senior management, won't be allowed for lunch or breakfast if not generated any brokarage
