Salary n appraisals are give not given on how much u work or how u r efficient. Politics are common in this area. There is a race between team mates for each n everythng.

Previous Management was good and current management doing politics. They are thought process is we are manage people they not see peoples feelings and personal problems.

Upper Management Known ground level what they facing problem from distributor as well as clients. Then also they don't support branch operation team members they only watch how employee mistake and catch him.

Job security is not there.. work satisfaction not well. Appraisal and promotion policy not good even old employee. Senior people doing politics which is not good taking wrong decision against employees.management not taking action again those people even we highlighted him. That is huge difference.
