There is 8 to 6 working time total 10 hours, that means they are exceeding ISO standard work timing Of 8 hours, there is no OT salary, but you should work overtime, accommodation very worst, they have a godown, we are all stayed there, no air flow in the room, In there, no RO water available, we drink bore water, it's very salty, In that bore water tank full of rust, dirty. Sometimes it causes cold and throat pain. Food wise, also worst, morning routine Food variety rise, and it doesn't cooked well. There is no job security, factory full of dust, they don't give single mask. They holding our first 15 days salary to not leave the job, There is always man power shortage, so remaining persons have those work load, my kind Request please choose some other better jobs, it's my warning,, and then your wish thank you.
