I like the job security provided by the company from the first day of the joining .

Dislikes

Work environment is very dull, no compensation on working on weekends or in odd timings, strict timings to reach office and should complete defined time, appraisal are based on ratings and some ratings not considered for compensations during the whole year, growth is slow, no planning for work and sudden work with deadlines which impacts the employee personal time.

Rude attitude of superiors, extra hours without compensation, HR policies, culture as seen in indian govt banks/offices,no amenities like gym/canteen/recreation room, no parties/celebrations.

It's good as a company if you want to work till retirement. Pay is good and work life balance is better than average. People are good.

Dislikes

Lacks professional environment. Not recommend for ambitious people. The company is good to work for 3 years, speaking in terms of professional growth.

In my team the team building efforts are quite prominent and you can reach to anyone in the team for your problems and solutions. Enviornment is quite friendly and helpful, the learning curve is quite there for some projects but not all.

Dislikes

...some things but the HR cleverly changes it to the their respective requirements. Also, the fool you with the variables and other additional components in the salary package and thereby reduces the net pay that you recieve is significantly reduced

Company is very good,but the management of the company is quite not good in all aspects. Overall there is good learning for the freshers.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but the career growth is slow
