Rude attitude of superiors, extra hours without compensation, HR policies, culture as seen in indian govt banks/offices,no amenities like gym/canteen/recreation room, no parties/celebrations.

Likes

In my team the team building efforts are quite prominent and you can reach to anyone in the team for your problems and solutions. Enviornment is quite friendly and helpful, the learning curve is quite there for some projects but not all.

Dislikes

...some things but the HR cleverly changes it to the their respective requirements. Also, the fool you with the variables and other additional components in the salary package and thereby reduces the net pay that you recieve is significantly reduced

Company is very good,but the management of the company is quite not good in all aspects. Overall there is good learning for the freshers.

There is lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but the career growth is slow

Job Security. Salary always on time. Work-Life balance is average. Career Growth is on average.

Dislikes

No Onsite Opportunities. No work culture as per CMMIL-5 company IT Standards. Appraisal policies are very bad. Arrears are not on time. Managers are too much politics and diplomatic with their teammates. No flexible timings. Chances are very less to grow new hires experience 3-5 years employees.

Pantry is there for tea/coffee(not chargeable). Snacks like Sandwiches/Poha/maggie are provided at a reasonable rates. Has large parking area for 2/4 wheelers. Has Badminton court. Two buildings inside its campus in Noida sec 62. Job stability as no file policy

Dislikes

...nge departments(they say - "either work here only or get termination from us") Delayed and Low salary hikes every year(9-10% only). Company resource return policy is very bad. They use to give some Dell/HP/Motherson bag along with the laptop. But while returning the laptop they need only the Motherson branded bag otherwise deduct 1500 INR from your salary(the bag is clearly not worth this much and they don't even accept if you buy them a new Dell/HP bag online).
