If any of the guy is belongs to technical field I recommend you don’t go there they give you a fair amount or expected salary but you will regret everyday for joining Motherson. Nobody gonna listen to neither your seniors nor juniors. Also juniors are involved in political activities with their seniors.

He is not treating every one is one team. Dominating others by creating nonsense. Otherwise company will be good for working.
