...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There working environment is very good for fresher and experience employees too...there is lots of things that'll help me in future...we can also enhance our technical and management skills

I love motherson and organisations, but I hate HR department they cannot support with us if any problems occurs they cannot take actions quickly and very bad food service.

I am not satisfied with my annual salary, many a times I cried. Since 3 years I am working here but there is no increment till now, it's very sad to say. There is no difference in salary between assistants and me.
