I love motherson and organisations, but I hate HR department they cannot support with us if any problems occurs they cannot take actions quickly and very bad food service.

I am not satisfied with my annual salary, many a times I cried. Since 3 years I am working here but there is no increment till now, it's very sad to say. There is no difference in salary between assistants and me.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Motherson sumi systems ltd.is a good company of all over world. In this time it present 32 country. It give the most opportunity to work in this company as compare to other. You spend some time i.e.1-2 year it consider to staff. This is very good thing in this company. It provide to convence up & down to company for causal workers. Good facility in canteen at lowest price. We have to do full life time work w/o any problems.

Dislikes

Some people are not work time to time. Software are not work properly. Salary increase at average not a work load or working hour time.
