Very bad culture due to Higher Management. They treat to juniors like a slave. Even I was also a part of Higher Management, they forced me to sustain this type of culture, which I never done. This affects in day to day work, Quality of work, imbalance work life. As a result, most of the Mejor OEMs blacklisted them. I highly recommend not to join here if selected specifically in Manesar Plant where the Toolroom exists. COO of that company is not a good person. Thank You

Salary structure is not same for same designation. As now mostly MNC have pay scale bandwidth . This to this range and for example Assitant Manager position pay scale 9PLA to 10PLA. But in Motherson variation gap is more. It is must to maintain the designation decorum as per market standards.
