Very bad culture due to Higher Management. They treat to juniors like a slave. Even I was also a part of Higher Management, they forced me to sustain this type of culture, which I never done. This affects in day to day work, Quality of work, imbalance work life. As a result, most of the Mejor OEMs blacklisted them. I highly recommend not to join here if selected specifically in Manesar Plant where the Toolroom exists. COO of that company is not a good person. Thank You...Read More

Lots of things I dislike for example:- 1-Job Security, Simply fired at any cause. 2-Training is just only for Top levels, but in down the level it is only filling the documentation. 3- Poor Time management 4- In Manesar Plant introduced Pre-registration format for operator to Senior Engineer level. The COO of that company instructed to HR that If anything happens simply put the date in that format and make it as resignation from that particular employee side and fire him. 5- Poor and unhygienic food in Canteen and employee is bound to pay for meals. No refreshments and snacks during overtime. 6- Company is open in all 365 days. No HOLI and Diwali holidays. It is just only for documentation purposes. 7- COO of that company(MMDL,Manesar) using bad languages to all the staffs. 8- De-motivation in every step. 9- Poor 5S and zero TPM culture. 10- Preventive Maintenance of the machines are just a joke.
