Company policies very much bad, appraisal not fair they give lower salary and lower increment chances and prosses very slow. Carrear growth is zero. No job training given to new joinees. Company was very good but some of employees are Like rsm and some of from hr department also behave like inhuman treatment. Very nonsense type of behaviour. They work ji hujuri style and aspects from others the same.

I have been working here since 2019 . its more then 5 years . I am happy to work here . management, Boss and other vertical like marketing, Logistic, Commercial HR , all are very supportive .

Middle management is with old employees. and these Old Employees dominating new Employee they will never allow new employees to grow. Don't pay incentives ontime.
