So much pressure for even small things. No proper planning for anything, they can plan anything at any time ,sudden plan for everything, no work and personal life balance at all ,even on your week off they keep meetings or activities specially to front end team and for (Head office) they call tail office but they can enjoy all holidays and all other enjoyment, but for front end they do no have anything. Mothercare is one of the worst brand in reliance they treat this brand like nothing Stock: they will ask to keep more than 2x capacity of both.anytime they ask to do RTV without proper planning. You will receive the stock with all dirt and non sealable packaging and at the end you keep stacking such store at store , but they will not give any solution. Manpower: there will be always crunch for manpower, basically they want people who work at vegetable market, keep slogging kind. HR: the worst team is HR who doesn't have any idea anytime if you ask. They will direct to connect Store director or to Regional manager. And both don't have answers for anything. Work and life balance: working times are too hard to work , they can cancel your week off any time , and can keep any meeting or training . Sm has to take strictly week off on Wednesday. This things all higher management know but they want to keep all training and meeting on the same day, and sm has compulsary to attain all the meeting and training. CTC: one of the worst past is your CTC they can change or modify your CTC at any point of time Leaves : it's just mentioned on your letter you cannot avail them. If you join this brand you will get a chance to play game of rtv-rtv each and every month. Join this brand gets stress , pressure, hypertension and etc free free.

There was salery and benefits was good , we can learn so many things about store operations.

Dislikes

Work environment is so toxic there , seniors don't have manners they are so rude with fashion consultants, specially regional managers behavior so rude with fashion consultants.
