And never share your families number to him or any of the staff as well they start calling you're parents and unko tumhare bare me kych bhi bolenge bolne jao toh bhut kuch h but janedo

I would like to share my experience of working at mother media company, where i was employed for almost 6 months. Initially,the interview process seemed professional and friendly. The owner of the company, raj narang, conducted the interviews himself. However he did not disclose the specific role for which he was hiring during the interview. After 2-3 days, he informed me that I wouldn’t be hired as admin executive but as rather as a personal assistant during the interview i was asked inappropriate and irrelevant questions, such as whether i had a boyfriend. He also made me clear that if i had one, I would be rejected once I joined the company, he continued to ask intrusive personal question about my family and financial situation. He claimed could offer financial help to my family and even asked for my mother number, which I refused to share, Raj narang often shared details about his personal life, complaining his wife or discussing his past relationship and employees. He even implied that other personal assistant had slept with their bosses to advance their careers and solve their financial issues. This behaviour was extremely unprofessional and mentally distressing. Dispite all this, I stayed for six months, hoping his behaviour would be change, but it didn’t. On several occasions, he made me stand out side the office for hours while he gossiped about his family and staff. One day, I fainted, but instead of showing concern, he accused me of faking it on the other hand, he treated his favourite employees differently asking them to take care if themselves when they were unwell. In conclusion, I strongly advise against joining mother media company. The owner creates a manipulative, unsafe, and unprofessional work environment exploits employees, particularly those in vulnerable situations.

The office environment was equally toxic. There were no CCTV camera and the staff consisted entirely of girls and only three permanent employees and several others who where replaced every three months and the three girls seemed to be afraid to speak up due to fear of losing their jobs especially twinkle bhanushali and he used to behave very nicely with her for no reason he even used to give her paid leaves there wasn’t anything splendid about her she didn’t do any special work she was just his favourite, which is why she get paid leaves, and her mistakes were also overlooked. She doesn’t do any work there. She even does her personal work on the desk, making crochet items. She has her own small business. Whether the boss is present or not, she secretly keeps making crochet items, even hiding in the drawer. She brings bag full of crochet threads and other materials and keeps making them and also everyone’s phones where kept in the locker, except hers. And had a different rules there for her whatever mistakes she made, there were separate rules for her, and her actions were always viewed positively.

The owner there was a caring madam and was also helpful in moving ahead. Got supporting staff. Company management sir was okay. Customer will always get the best designing.

I have seen very bad politics. Maybe I should have left earlier.

There's nothing to like about working at Mother Media corporation. i have worked there for 4 years with lots of job insecurity and stress and depression. This company harms you personally and as well as professionally
