They take written, demo, and final interaction but not call you for join even after you have cleared all 3 rounds they keep you on standby mode. tell you that 2,3 teachers are on pipeline..., their process of joining keep going on 2,3 months then at last when you get irritated and when you ask about their final decision then they will stop responding you.
