Compensation is decent but growth is high the work pressure is very high sometimes. I have to work 14_18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sametimes late into the night manager do not value an individuals unique strength

Salary is not good of old employee. New joining getting good hike. It's not good for biggner. If you have 10 to 15 years experience than it is best place for you to work till retirement.

Management only expects the sales without doing anything No trend of doing marketing of products No improvement of any employee is happening Nobody listens in the company If u are lucky then you will get a good boss and you can stay in company or else u r at the worst place Not much increment

No promotion no salary hike totally monopoly management. I did work lots of better way but they did not increased my salary so I did plan to immidiate leave this company so totally time waste company it was my blunder mistake to stay long time I thought may be some increment not did increase Hr department not helpful lots of attitude i don’t know why. They not talk properly I suggest to employee please do not join this company if any doubt my comment can join this company and feel that.company is good for Job security but career growth not good it is private company not government company.
