Third class deaf ears management. Neither value addition for employees nor to the clients of the organization. There's no standard policy, training document, and code of conduct available in written. Department heads are full of ego. They're ready to sacrifice anyone who's working under them for their own benefits or wounded brittle ego. Everything. All india was shutdown in COVID but they were open until and unless they have been asked to close it strictly and we had to work more than 12 hours a day. Very toxic working culture and environment.
