Everything. All india was shutdown in COVID but they were open until and unless they have been asked to close it strictly and we had to work more than 12 hours a day. Very toxic working culture and environment.

Hire and Fire policy. One is immune to everything if you are in inner circle of CEO(Including P.O.S.H. violations, there are several cases already and CEO does not have guts to take action.)

nothing so good to talk about as felt trapped since i was recruited in to this company.

Dislikes

no offence for any particular individuals but pinching and playing dirty politics was the main culture of this company, favoritism , which you literally see when it comes to get the appraisal, totally disasterous
