One think I like it,Many instrument are learning in R&D department.

Dislikes

R&D departmental climate is very well.All R&D staff coperate evryone but Director Shail mavani sir are directly interfere with every chemist for R&D working role, so negative approch create in every chemist for this person.so this reason chemist are leaving for this company.
